The end of the Rainbow / Double Rainbow
It's Sunday afternoon and we are on our way home from doing errands (our favorite; the City Dump) the car is covered with mud, so we stop in the "do it yourself car wash"- no not your own garden hose, the automated type with a long hand held sprayer. (the only kind they've got here in the Flathead Valley). Cabo and I go for a walk while Dan attacks the muddy truck. The sky is grey in parts of the city and bright blue in others. It's starting to rain, Cabo and I take cover under an awning at a building close by. The rain was coming down pretty hard and then it started to hail, small little pellets covering the ground around us. It wasn't eve cold outside by Montana standards. It passed quickly, the truck was clean and Dan picked us up and off we went to go home.
As we turned down our street towards the Bed and Breakfast we couldn't believe our eyes. It was a double Rainbow. As we got closer to home the Rainbow got closer and closer until we could see where it ended. It was amazing, a sight I'd never dreamed I would see in my lifetime. However, no "Pot of Gold" or "Leprechaun".....
